At TForce Freight Canada, we are continuously investing in and updating our technologies to elevate your shipping experience.

It has never been more important to give the market the ability to trace their shipments so they can relay the most accurate communications possible. We achieve this by offering access to online tracking and shipping tools that deliver instant status updates for your shipments in transit.

Our technology enhances all stages of our transportation services:

Pickups - From EDI, web, phone and email options, we offer flexibility for you to choose how to schedule your pickups in a way that's best for your business.

Dispatch - Our driver fleet is equipped with cellular scanners for real-time updates. At initial pickup, we capture images of the Bill of Lading to ensure all freight details are entered and correct by the time it arrives at our terminals.

Dock - All freight arriving at our origin dock is barcoded, scanned, cubed and assigned to predetermined trailers and locations across the dock until loaded for linehaul. This allows complete visibility for every shipment.

Transit - While your freight is on the road, you can track it with real-time updates via EDI or our online tracking tool.

Delivery - Our digital PODs are automatically generated and uploaded the moment any consignee signs for their delivery on our drivers’ scanners. These documents can be transmitted via EDI, web or email to give you complete visibility and reassurance.

We commit to research and development initiatives for new tools and processes that will help us further improve upon our customer experience. This includes:

  • API and AI technology for more efficient data processing
  • Barcode and labelling upon order creation at the shipper's location
  • Enhanced route optimization
  • Scanning customer-generated barcodes
